The Creation of a Word

do you want to know a word i like? aquire. for one thing aquire is so much cooler than got or bought or recieved and it sounds all fancy. i also like it because when i think of the word aquire i think of a cool thrift store with crazy costumes, cool clothes, and random old stuff you couldn't find anywhere else. i haven't actually been in a thrift store like this but i really want to and maybe i'll even open up my own thrift store and of course on the outside it would have one of those striped overhangs that old stores have and on the top in big letters it would say Aquire, that would be the name of the store. inside there would be bright colors on the wall and multicolored scarves or umbrellas or something cool hanging from the ceiling. there would be a clothes section but otherwise there would be no order just stuff to look through on tables, dressers, and tipped over milk crates. whatever i could find to display each thing. there would be a lounge area to sit and hang out if you wanted to and the workers were free to sit and talk with customers or help in anyway they wanted. nothing would have a price, the customer would simply say what they were willing to pay for the item and if it was reasonable that's how much they would pay. i would go to garage sales and flee markets and other places to find weird, old things that i thought were cool or that someone else might like. the outside would blend in with the other shops and stores but once you went in you could never stop coming. maybe this place is impossible to create or maybe i will do something else with my life but whether i actually create this place or not i'll be happy thinking about how it would be the most amazing place ever. this is what comes to my mind when i think of the word aquire. i really like that word.
