This is the unabridged story of how the hoots became. well actually that would be 2 long so scratch that. this is the abridged story of how hoots became.
One day in fourth grade we went to library and so blah blah we "learned" some crap about books then we got to pick out our books. so me and emily Diekmann wanted the hoot book and there was only one so we agreed that i would take hoot and she would take flush and when we finished we would trade. so we took our books back to the classroom then it was time for gym and me and emily ended up on the same team(btw: i have no idea whee the heck u were during all of this Tib)so we talked, ducked when a ball came. normal stuff. so anyway one of us thought up how there could be symbols for the names of the books for flush we pretended to flush a toilet(go figure) and for hoot obviously we flapped our hands and said hoot like an owl(duh)(i'm suprised people weren't staring at us!!!) anyway so we thought that it wold be fun to act like owls at recess so we told tib, meg, and nicole about it and other people got interested(i dont know why the owl thing sounds kinda stupid but whatever) so they joined us. it didn't take to long for a rebellion group to form and eventually massive other groups. the point of the game was to collect as much ice chunks as u could. of course it was much more fun with the rebellion cause u had to protect the ice and u could steal ice from them. and it was so cool cause me and emily were the leaders so everybody basically listened to us. we would plan attacks and decide when to move our stash and where. of course eventually it got boring so i quit. a bunch of people tried to convince me to stay which was surprising. i liked it. :)
and that is the story of how the hoots became.
THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH my gosh I totally remember how fun that was!!!! of course yeah it was incredibly stupid but hey, we were in fourth grade. and how cool was it that like the whole grade was involoved... but imaginged if this year the whole grade was involved... how weird would that be? there would be soooooo many people but it would be funner with more people. remember our awesome place by the b-ball court last year? where we got wet and bounced off the walls? that was sooooo cool!!! I'm kinda sad that we don't have recess anymore, but I'm glad that we don't have to stand out in the cold.
